Part 2: The Real Estate Scam
While all fundraising material we are aware of talks about
donations towards saving the planet through the Super Power Rundowns --
which in turn “requires” an new building for FLAG -- the reality is in
the last minute of the reg cycle, those turning over their money are
asked to sign the below form. This is presented as a simple formality
that has no real meaning.
This is in fact a sleight of hand. An attempt to legitimize
spending money on other things then what it was claimed it would be used
for. Trying to categorize
the monies given as being ".. to forward the purposes of the trust, " is
an attempt to cover their tracks so that regardless of what was said to
induce the payment, they give themselves license to spend it on whatever
the real estate holding entity for the David Miscavige church wants.
So while the Church of Scientology advertises strictly on the basis
of building a structure that will save the planet, the form is a widely
overlooked alarm bell that perhaps there is something else going on.
Those who give their hard earned money to the relentless Super
Power regges are never informed of this fact until the little,
“unimportant” form is put in front of them at the very last minute.
Even then, most do not realize what they sign. They think they
have made a donation so FLAG has a building to deliver the Super Power
Rundowns (even though the need for a building is the first and largest
lie), when in reality they handed their money over to a real estate
holding entity that thinks they can use the money any way it sees fit.
The Church has never opened the books and accounted for the donations
they have collected over 21 years.
And no doubt the Flag Service Organization will have to pay market
rent to CSRT for the use of the building. And guess where that money is
coming from. Yes the parishioners will pay twice for the building, first
by paying CSRT and then paying for services to the FSO. .
That is what a religious corporation can do for you, when you are
David Miscavige. First you deceive and coerce the members of your church
to give you free money to buy real estate and than you charge them again
to use it. Pure genius (if you
are a real estate speculator). Pure rip off (if you were are actually
trying to clear the planet).
